REFUND, RETURN & CANCELLATION POLICY

Path 2 Epiphany

1. Overview

This Policy governs all refunds and cancellations for digital products, coaching services, and retreats. By purchasing, you agree to this Policy and the Terms & Conditions.

All payments represent compensation for access, time reservation, planning, and digital/educational materials—not guaranteed outcomes.


2. Digital Products

All digital products (including ebooks, downloads, and worksheets) are non-refundable and non-returnable once purchased or accessed.

No exceptions apply.


3. Coaching Services

3.1 General Rule

Coaching services are non-refundable once any portion of service has been delivered, including access, scheduling, or participation.


3.2 Before First Session Only

Refund eligibility prior to service delivery:

  • 7+ days before first session: refund minus processing fees
  • Less than 7 days: partial refund at Company discretion
  • Less than 24 hours or no-show: non-refundable

3.3 Missed Sessions

Sessions missed without 24-hour notice are forfeited and not refundable.


4. Retreats (STRICT POLICY)

4.1 Deposit

All retreat deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable under all circumstances.

Deposits secure placement and cover non-recoverable administrative and planning costs.


4.2 Remaining Payments

  • 60+ days before retreat: eligible for refund of payments minus deposit
  • 30–59 days before retreat: 50% refund of remaining balance
  • Less than 30 days: non-refundable

4.3 No-Shows / Early Exit

No refunds or credits for:

  • No-shows
  • Late arrival
  • Early departure
  • Voluntary withdrawal

4.4 Transfers

Transfers require written approval and may be denied at Company discretion.


5. Exceptional Circumstances

Refund exceptions may be considered only for verified emergencies (medical, death in immediate family, or government travel restrictions).

All determinations are at sole discretion of the Company and do not create precedent.


6. Chargebacks

Chargebacks initiated without prior written contact and good-faith resolution attempt constitute breach of agreement.

We reserve the right to dispute chargebacks and provide this Policy and Terms as evidence.


7. Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–14 business days, subject to payment processor timelines.

Processing fees are non-refundable.
