MY STORY

The Road That Led Me to Mindset Coaching

For years, I followed the path I thought I was supposed to take. Success looked good on the outside, but something was missing. Through personal growth, self-discovery, and a commitment to change, I learned that transformation doesn’t happen by accident—it happens when we choose a new direction.

Today, I help others navigate their own journey toward clarity, purpose, and fulfillment through mindset coaching.

I believe meaningful change begins with a single decision to move forward.

WHY I CREATED PATH 2 EPIPHANY

Because I Know What It Feels Like To Be Stuck

There was a time when I felt trapped by circumstances, limited beliefs, and expectations that no longer fit the life I wanted to live.

Like many people, I spent years searching for answers outside myself before realizing the greatest transformation begins within.

Path 2 Epiphany was created to help people break free from the patterns holding them back and discover what becomes possible when they start living intentionally.

WHAT I BELIEVE

The Principles Behind Everything I Teach

Meaningful transformation doesn't happen through quick fixes or motivation alone. It happens when we develop awareness, take ownership of our choices, and commit to consistent action.

01

Self-Awareness

Lasting change begins with understanding yourself honestly. The more aware you become of your thoughts, habits, and beliefs, the more power you gain to shape your future intentionally.

02

Personal Responsibility

Real growth begins when we stop waiting for circumstances to change and start taking ownership of the direction of our lives. Responsibility is not blame—it is empowerment.

03

Consistent Action

Small steps taken consistently create extraordinary results. Progress is rarely dramatic in a single moment, but over time those daily choices become transformational.

BEYOND COACHING

Growth Happens Everywhere

Some of life’s greatest lessons are learned outside the comfort zone.

Whether I’m hiking a new trail, paddling unfamiliar waters, or exploring new places, I’m constantly reminded that progress comes from movement, curiosity, and the willingness to keep going—even when the path isn’t clear.

Those same principles guide the work I do with clients every day.

QUESTIONS & ANSWERS

A Few Things You Might Be Wondering

What inspired you to become a mindset coach?

After experiencing my own seasons of uncertainty, personal growth, and transformation, I realized how powerful it can be to have someone who helps you see possibilities you may not recognize on your own. Path 2 Epiphany was created to help others gain clarity, build confidence, and create meaningful change.

Who do you work with?

I work with adults who feel stuck, overwhelmed, or ready for a new direction. Whether you’re navigating a career change, rebuilding confidence, overcoming limiting beliefs, or searching for greater purpose, coaching provides a space to move forward with intention.

What makes your coaching different?

My coaching focuses on lasting transformation rather than quick fixes. Together, we explore the mindset, habits, and patterns that influence your decisions so you can create sustainable change that aligns with your values and goals.

Do I need to know exactly what I want before coaching?

Not at all. Many clients begin coaching because they know something needs to change but aren’t yet sure what that change looks like. Gaining clarity is often one of the first and most valuable outcomes of the coaching process.

What happens if I'm not sure where to start?

A complimentary Clarity Call is the best place to begin. We’ll discuss your goals, explore where you feel stuck, and determine whether coaching is the right fit for you.
